Job title International Sales Executive – Based

Company Leading company in the PPE ( Personal Proctection Equipement ) Sector worldwide.
Keys responsabilities The International Sales executive is responsible for boosting the sales of companies’ PPE products and services in priority industry segments in his/her designated target geographies in Africa under the supervision of the Operations Director

He/She will be in charge of the following activities:

- Sell to existing international customers in designated markets and secure company turnover
- Communicate proactively with logistics and administrative teams and customers in order to optimize customer and company stock levels, secure and follow up expeditions, invoicing and payment, assist in resolving payment issues, while maximizing customer satisfaction,
- Define, propose and implement his/ her marketing & sales Plans in his/her designated sales territory in order to maximise the orders volume and margins for various sectors (sector review, objectives and means, sector action plans)
- Actively follow major projects and meet with all parties involved
- Prospect each target market and build relationships with key prospect, potential partners, and significant organizations in each target segment
- Know each segment by continuous monitoring and market analysis: Info on competitors, Market value estimations per product line, Market price analysis, Overview of distributors and brands, Current and upcoming projects, …
- Provide accurate quarterly and annual forecast for each market/customer and report on business progress within all areas of activity
Candidate profile The retained candidates should meet the following criteria and are stronly motivated to join a multinational with pragmatic business culture:
· An experience in direct & indirect sales in PPE sector or affiliated industries
· Demonstrated expertise in channel development and direct selling
· Strong sales & negotiation skills
· Languages: English, French and Portuguese are imperative
· University Degree/Diploma preferred
· Key required personal attributes: Entrepreneur, excellent drive, self-starter, good selling skills, good interpersonal and communication skills customer oriented, no tolerance attitude regarding his customers service and stock, be prepared to travel in Africa
Conditions of work: Spending an average of 60 to 70% of his / her time per month visiting customers / partners within the concerned perimeter, based in Johannesburg (South Africa)
Salary: Fixed salary USD 1000,00 TRP (Temporarty Residence Permit) + Commission (without limit) + expenses
